    Chisholm School District ISD 695 – Completed Fall 2026

    InGensa partnered with Chisholm Public Schools on strategic planning, facility improvements, and new construction, including a successful $32 million building bond referendum for a new PreK–6 elementary school and gymnasium. The multi-phase partnership has delivered comprehensive facility upgrades and construction projects on time and under budget.

    Grand Rapids Public Utilities – Security Assessment & Security Upgrades

    InGensa partnered with Grand Rapids Public Utilities Commission to assess, plan, and implement comprehensive security upgrades across six utility facilities. The 10-week project modernized and standardized access control and camera systems to strengthen monitoring, safety, and security for critical utility infrastructure, while being completed on time and within budget.
