The NESC Learning Hub is a centralized online resource designed to support educators and school leaders with professional development opportunities throughout the year. It provides access to training, events, and resources across multiple focus areas such as literacy, math, culturally responsive leadership, attendance, and continuous improvement.
The site serves as a “one-stop” location where users can explore upcoming sessions, view descriptions, and add events directly to their calendars. It also connects users to coaching support, networking opportunities, and tools aimed at improving school systems and student outcomes.
In addition, the hub is part of the broader COMPASS initiative—a statewide system that provides coordinated support and professional learning pathways for Minnesota schools. Visitors can navigate the site by content area, access team contact information, and stay informed through newsletters and ongoing updates

Additional Information about COMPASS
This new system aligns support through MnMTSS, the statewide framework for continuous improvement. All guidance, professional learning, and flexible support provided to our education partners will be commonly developed by content teams.
This System is tasked with addressing historical and persistent inequities in educational opportunities and outcomes for students of color and students with disabilities and will engage educators in conversations and action planning around anti-racist and anti-oppression practices.
