Our Mission

In the face of unexpected traumatic events, our Regional School Crisis Response Team offers schools immediate support to help restore stability and emotional wellbeing for students and staff. You can count on us to provide guidance and compassionate assistance when it’s needed most.  Because we are not emotionally connected to the school community, we can respond with objectivity and professionalism during highly emotional events. We lead group debriefings, offer individual support, and help stabilize the school environment. Our work is grant-funded by the Minnesota Department of Education and the Minnesota Department of Health, allowing us to respond quickly and at no cost to districts in our region.

Our mission is to provide immediate, compassionate, and skilled crisis response to schools in Northeast Minnesota during times of tragedy. Our team of trained professionals works to restore emotional safety, support staff and students, and help schools recover with strength and resilience.
