NESC is seeking a qualified facilitator or consulting partner to guide a collaborative regional strategic planning process involving K–12 education, postsecondary institutions, workforce and industry partners across Northeast Minnesota.
The initiative will establish a shared vision and actionable framework for the NESC Regional CTE Ecosystem.

- Letter of Interest
- Individual or organizational qualifications
- Relevant project experience
- Proposed approach and methodology
- Key personnel who would work on the project
- Three professional references

- Any assumptions or recommended modifications to the proposed scope
